Please note that:

• The registration fees cover coffee breaks, lunch breaks and 1 dinner
• The Organizing Committee has reserved a total of 58 rooms in Plantahof Hotel, which can be booked at the moment of the on-line registration, on a first to come basis. Moreover, there is the possibility to share a double room, indicating the person to share the room with.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing by April 30, 2026 are entitled to 50% refund, less administrative fees.
Cancellations received after May 1, 2026 – no refund shall be due.
All refunds will be made within one (1) month after the end of the event.
Refunds will not be processed in the event that a Visa Application has been refused by an Embassy/Consulate Office.

Disclaimer regarding the use of images of the participants to the meeting

As a registered attendee of the conference, you are aware that EAAP is allowed to:

• use your image in a photograph or video in any and all of its publications and presentations, including website entries, without payment or any other consideration to assure the recording of the meeting;
• edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute the photograph or video for promotional purposes of EAAP or for any other lawful purpose;

Moreover, you are also aware that these materials are property of EAAP and you waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy wherein your image appears.
